If Pro is not right for you, we will refund it.

TL;DR

Full refund requests are generally accepted within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days we review requests case by case, and we do take real product problems seriously.

To request one, email [email protected] with the email address you paid with and a short description of the issue. A full refund removes Pro access. Cancelling auto-renewal is a different thing and does not refund the period you already paid for.

1. The policy

Panorix Pro is a yearly subscription. Payments, invoices, and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record; refund decisions are made by us.

  • Within 7 days of your initial purchase: full refund requests are generally accepted.
  • After 7 days: reviewed case by case.
  • A full refund removes Pro access.
  • A partial refund, or extended Pro access offered instead of a refund, usually keeps your Pro access active.

2. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] and include:

  • The email address you used to pay.
  • A short description of the issue or reason.
  • If it is a product problem: the page or app where it happened, and a screenshot if you can share one.

We reply to refund requests the same way we reply to everything else — as soon as we can on working days.

3. If Panorix does not work for your main use case

If you paid and a page or app you rely on does not capture properly, tell us before asking for a refund if you are willing — that is the case we most want to fix.

Depending on the situation we may offer a fix, a workaround, extended Pro access, a partial refund, or a full refund. Asking us first never costs you the option of a refund afterwards.

4. Cancelling is not the same as refunding

These two get mixed up often, so plainly:

  • Cancelling auto-renewal stops future charges. It does not refund the period you already paid for, and it does not remove Pro immediately — your access normally stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • A refund returns money for a period you already paid for. A full refund removes Pro access.

You can cancel auto-renewal yourself at any time: Account page → Manage subscription.

5. What is not covered

  • We do not currently support account balance, prepaid credits, or buying multiple years in advance, so there is nothing of that kind to refund.
  • Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in Pro access being removed while the dispute is resolved. Emailing us is faster and we would rather sort it out directly.
