The fine print, in plain words.

Panorix is a Chrome extension that captures, stitches, and lets you edit screenshots. It runs entirely in your browser; no screenshot ever leaves your device unless you explicitly export and share it. Some features are free; some require a Pro subscription (see section 4).

Panorix is provided under a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension for your own captures.

• Free tier — free of charge, no time limit, no account required.
• Pro tier — $19.99 per year, billed annually through Lemon Squeezy. Pro unlocks the features listed on our Pricing page (panorama capture, HiDPI export, AI Reading export, full editor, re-edit, priority support).
• You may not redistribute, resell, or modify the Panorix extension itself.

You agree to use Panorix lawfully. In particular:

• Don't use Panorix to capture content you don't have a right to capture (copyrighted material you don't own, private information of others, etc.).
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what's allowed by applicable law.
• Don't attempt to abuse the refund policy in section 4.5.

Panorix, the name, the logo, the source code, and the documentation are owned by us. The screenshots you capture remain yours — we claim no rights to the content you capture, edit, or export. Open-source components used in Panorix are listed and credited in the extension itself.

Panorix relies on two third-party services:

• Chrome Web Store — used for distribution. Your install is governed by Google's Chrome Web Store policies in addition to these Terms.
• Lemon Squeezy — our Merchant of Record for Pro subscriptions. Payment data, taxes, and invoices are handled by Lemon Squeezy under their privacy policy.

We don't share data with any other third party.

Panorix is provided "as is." We do our best to make capture and stitching work on a wide range of websites, but we cannot guarantee every page will capture perfectly. If a feature doesn't work for your specific page, please email us — we'll investigate, and section 4.4 covers refund eligibility for unfixable bugs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from Panorix is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

You may terminate by uninstalling the extension at any time. If you have a Pro subscription, see section 4.6 for cancellation. We may terminate your Pro subscription if you materially violate these Terms (e.g., refund abuse, redistributing the extension). In that case, you may not be eligible for a refund (section 4.3).

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes are reflected on this page — continued use of Panorix after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
