What we collect and how we use it.
Regular screenshot capture, stitching, editing, and export in Panorix are processed locally in your browser by default. Panorix does not upload your screenshots or page content for regular screenshot features.
To provide accounts, Pro access, subscriptions, payments, and support, we process necessary account and subscription information, such as your email address, Google sign-in information, license status, subscription status, and order-related identifiers. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Panorix does not store your card information.
Panorix may collect anonymous or account-linked product analytics, depending on sign-in state, to improve screenshot capture, export, reliability, and product experience. We do not collect screenshots, page content, page titles, full URLs, DOM/HTML, exported files, annotation text, or conversation/document/email content for analytics. You can turn off anonymous product analytics in the extension popup Settings.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Panorix website, Chrome extension, account system, Pro subscription, license verification, and related support services.
It explains what information we process, how we use it, which third-party services we use, and how you can contact us.
2. Information We Process
Panorix processes the categories below only as needed to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the product.
2.1 Account information
When you sign in to Panorix with Google, we may receive and store limited account information. We use this information to create and identify your Panorix account, verify Pro access, and sync login status between the website and Chrome extension.

- your avatar or public profile information;
- login time, account status, and session status.
2.2 Subscription and license information
If you purchase Panorix Pro, we store necessary license information so we can determine whether you can use Pro features, display subscription status, handle cancellation, process refunds, and provide support.
- your current plan, such as Free or Pro;
- license status, such as active, cancelled, or refunded;
- Pro expiration date;
- Lemon Squeezy customer id, subscription id, order id, and related identifiers;
- webhook event records for subscription, cancellation, refund, and troubleshooting.
2.3 Payment information
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Panorix does not store your full card number, CVV, or complete payment credentials.
Lemon Squeezy may process your payment method, billing address, tax information, invoices, receipts, subscriptions, and refund information according to its own terms and privacy policy.
2.4 Screenshots and page content
Regular screenshot capture, stitching, editing, and export are processed locally in your browser by default. Panorix does not upload your screenshots, page content, or browsing history to Panorix servers for regular screenshot features.
During capture, the extension may temporarily store captured frames or export files locally in your browser or device to complete stitching and download.
If future optional cloud or AI features require uploading content, we will explain that in the relevant feature and only process that content when you actively use the feature.
2.5 Anonymous product analytics
Panorix may collect anonymous or account-linked product analytics, depending on sign-in state, to understand how people use Panorix and to improve screenshot capture, export, stability, and product experience.
We may collect:
- event name;
- timestamp;
- anonymous ID;
- signed-in user ID, if applicable;
- session ID;
- extension version;
- plan, such as Free or Pro;
- capture mode and capture status;
- export type;
- scroll frame count;
- frame count bucket;
- long capture flag;
- duration;
- coarse page context, such as gmail, feishu, chatgpt, generic, or other;
- error code.
2.6 What analytics does not collect
Panorix analytics does not collect screenshots, exported image or file content, page content, page title, full URL, DOM or HTML, email content, Feishu or Lark document content, ChatGPT conversation content, annotation text, OCR text, or form input content.
2.7 Page context policy
For analytics, page context is limited to coarse categories: gmail, feishu, chatgpt, generic, or other. We do not collect the specific URL, page title, document title, email subject, or conversation content.
2.8 Analytics opt-out
You can turn off anonymous product analytics in the Panorix extension popup Settings. When analytics is turned off, the extension stops sending analytics events and clears the pending local analytics queue. License, account, and necessary service requests are not affected.
2.9 Technical and security information
To operate and secure the service, we may process necessary technical information such as API request time, login status, license verification result, error information, basic device/browser/network information, and security or request logs from Cloudflare or browser infrastructure.
We do not sell this information.
2.10 Support information
When you contact us at [email protected], we process the information you provide, such as your email address, order email, issue description, screenshots, screen recordings, or related webpage information. We use this information to respond to support requests, investigate bugs, process refunds, and improve the product.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information above only to provide, maintain, improve, and secure Panorix. We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising targeting, and do not use it for purposes unrelated to Panorix's single purpose.
- provide account sign-in;
- verify Free / Pro access;
- process subscription, cancellation, refund, and expiration status;
- prevent abuse, fraud, or payment bypass;
- provide customer support;
- troubleshoot errors and improve product stability;
- understand anonymous product usage patterns, such as capture length and export reliability;
- comply with legal, tax, payment, and platform requirements.
4. Third-party Services We Use
Panorix uses the following third-party services:
Google OAuth
Used for account sign-in. Google processes your Google account information according to its own policies.
Lemon Squeezy
Used to process Pro subscriptions, payments, auto-renewals, invoices, taxes, and refunds. Panorix does not store your complete payment card information.
Cloudflare
Used to host the website, run APIs, store account and license-related data, and provide security and network services.
Chrome Web Store
Used to distribute the Chrome extension. Your installation and use of the extension may also be subject to Google Chrome Web Store policies.
5. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We do not sell your screenshots, page content, exported files, analytics events, or account information.
We do not use your screenshot content or product analytics for advertising targeting.
6. Data Retention
We retain account, subscription, license, and support information for as long as necessary to provide the service.
For example, while your account exists, we may need to keep your email address and license status. For payment, refund, tax, billing, dispute, security, or anti-abuse purposes, we may need to retain related order and webhook records for a necessary period.

7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect account and license data, including using infrastructure such as Cloudflare for security and access control.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You should also protect your Google account, browser environment, and device.
8. Children's Privacy
Panorix is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected].

Depending on applicable law in your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. We will handle requests according to applicable law and the actual situation.

- view your Pro status on the Account page;
- manage your subscription and cancel auto-renewal through Manage subscription;
- turn off anonymous product analytics in the extension popup Settings;

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.
If we make material changes, we will try to provide notice through the website, Account page, or other reasonable means.
